Life is like walking with a blindfold on. We never know what's in front of us.. None of us knows what tomorrow brings, what disappointments will come our way, or when death may be knocking at our door! But one of the greatest truths in the Bible is that God is all-knowing.
Living by faith is saying to God, "I do not know what tomorrow or even the next moment will bring, but I know You do! Which way do You want me to go?"
Let us ask God to speak to us today in regard to any area of our lives that we need to turn over to Him. Let us listen for His guidance. Let us spend some time asking God to use each of us as a source of joy to someone today.
2 Corinthians 5:6-8
So we are always confident, even though we know that as long as we live in these bodies we are not at home with the Lord. That is why we live by believing and not by seeing.
Yes, we are fully confident and we would rather be away from these bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord.
