Love and obedience
What does God say about love and obedience ?
It is important to know that loving God is not a suggestion. It is s a commandment. God does not say, "Love Me if you want to," or "Love Me when you think I have helped you or given you what you wanted." It is not conditional on anything. God says, "Love Me with every part of your being regardless."
Ask yourself these questions:
How do I show my love for God in the hard times as well as when life is easy?
If obedience is an act of love, what am I doing today to show that I love God?
How has God rewarded me in the past for loving Him?
