A gentle reminder
We need to converse daily with God and to read His word, the Bible, in order to be washed, refreshed, and renewed.
Is our Bible collecting dust on a bookshelf in a room somewhere, or is it a constant guide, nearby and readily available?
Are we in constant prayer or conversation with our heavenly Father, or are we too busy to give Him even a minute of our time?
Are we too involved with things that are temporal, neglecting the eternal?
Let us take a few moments to examine our lives and return to doing what God would want us to do.
Psalm 51:10
Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
