Let us be honest to God
We have real trouble with prayer. What are the causes of this trouble ?
- the problem stems from our belief or lack of belief in prayer
- the problem stems from our lack of time away from 'the real world' to engage in prayer.
It is true that prayer is important to our Christian lives. We learn better through participation than by hearing someone talk about something.
Let us ask God to make us take the time to talk to Him and express the deepest desires of our hearts. Let us ask God to help us to be quiet in the midst of our busy lives and to spend more time with Him in prayer.
Isaiah 65:24
