The single most important daily activity to engage in is spending time with God, meditating on His word and praying. When God does not respond immediately to our prayer, what has gone wrong ? The answer is very simple : prayer is a continuous effort We must expect interference and harassment each time we pray. Satan knows that a devoted believer is dangerous. Make prayer our top priority, set aside time to talk to God.

Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful. And pray for us, too, that God may open a door for our message, so that we may proclaim the mystery of Christ, for which I am in chains. Pray that I may proclaim it clearly, as I should.
