Anger that is not dealt with brings poison into your soul and gives the enemy of your soul a foothold. God doesn't tell us to never be angry. He does tell us to deal with our anger so it will not poison us (Ephesians 4:26, 27). We often have to live with the consequence of another person's action against us, whether we want to or not. But how do you choose ?whether in the downward spiral of bitterness or in the forward journey of forgiveness.
